Client story

Client was a US-based company specialized in building small and medium-scale YouTube-like media websites. Client’s goal was upgrading their media platform to new level of functionality and quality… and transition of their business model from medium-scale to large-scale products.

Finding appropriate professionals in their local area was hard, expensive and time-consuming. So client outsourced platform development and subcontracted Totem Company for a few projects.

Sport league project story

One of the US sport leagues handled contest between amateur sportsmen who wanted to become pros. The goal was to hire new players. We developed a video contest system where amateur sportsmen shared video of their games that showed their skill. Other people were able to vote for their videos and select the best ones.
Winners of video contest were selected for a final trial with professional players.

Project specifics:

• Short life term (about 3 months total;)
• Multistep voting system.
